Self Care Management: Diabetes
PROJECT GOAL
How might we provide adults, newly diagnosed with diabetes, with a platform where they can get started with self-care management and get the support they need? Our prototype app aims to be both general and mental health oriented, as well as provide that social, personal, and/or customization aspect.
